Gratitude is an emotion that is purely positive. By definition, it almost can’t be turned on its head. For that reason, I celebrate gratitude this spring.
In the past year I’ve lost two women in my family to cancer. Because of that, and my own remission from cancer, I’ve learned a lot about how fear and anxiety work in my mind.
